SEZ unit, whose LOA is about to expire and need extension, can file for LOA extension using this module.

The field level description for the SEZ Unit Details is as follows:

SEZ Unit Details
SEZ Unit  Name	Name of the SEZ unit applying for LOA extension. This data will be auto populated based on user id.	This data cannot be edited.
SEZ Unit Address	Address of the SEZ unit applying for LOA extension. This data will be auto populated based on user id.	This data cannot be edited.

LOA Details information is provided in this section.

Existing LOA Details are auto populated based on the user login.

Existing LOA Details
LOA Number	LOA number issued by DC office. Based on user id, this field will be auto populated from existing LOA details of the unit.	This data cannot be edited.
LOA Issue Date	LOA issue date for the existing LOA. Based on user id, this field will be auto populated from existing LOA details of the unit.	This data cannot be edited.
LOA From Date	LOA from date for the existing LOA. Based on user id, this field will be auto populated from existing LOA details of the unit.	This data cannot be edited.
LOA Expiry Date	LOA expiry date for the existing LOA. Based on user id, this field will be auto populated from existing LOA details of the unit.	This data cannot be edited.

Expected From Date	Effective From date of requested LOA extension
Expected Expiry Date	Expected expiry date of requested LOA extension	SEZ unit can request DC office for extension of LOA up to four years maximum.
LOA Extension Reason	Reason for applying this LOA extension

The field level description for the Only For Office Use is as follows:

LOA Extension Details	DC approver can only enter the LOA extension details and approve the same.	LOA extension details will be visible to DC approver only.
LOA Number	LOA Number from existing unit LOA details will be auto populated.	This data cannot be edited.
LOA Issue Date	LOA issue date for the LOA extension	Default value is current date.
LOA From Date	LOA extension effective from date	Default value is current date.
LOA Expiry date	LOA extension expiry date	LOA extension can be granted for maximum four years.
